The Scholarship Fund of Alexandria Offers Resources for Transition to High School
Are you wondering about high school life? Not sure what steps to take to be college-ready? Join the Scholarship Fund of Alexandria and other middle school families for “Transition to High School Planning Night” on Wednesday, January 22 at Minnie Howard. High school is right around the corner, and it is never too early to start thinking about college! Come learn about classes to take in 9th grade, steps to take now in order to be college-ready, and how to access college-planning resources at T.C. Williams.
Join us on January 22 for one of the following identical sessions:
Session 1: 5:30-6:30, Englishpresentation-auditorium
Session 2: 5:40-6:40, Spanish presentation-media center
Session 3: 6:45-7:45, English presentation-auditorium
This program is open to all ACPS middle school families who are looking to gain a better understanding about navigating the differences between middle school and high school.
