Clark Mercer
Clark, a’98 Titan and former T.C. Football, Soccer and Track Standout, Key Club member and Student Council President currently serves as Chief of Staff to Governor Ralph Northam in Richmond! Clark received the John C. Albohm scholarship from the fund in 1998. Each year we bring back previous scholarship recipients to applaud the success their scholarship helped them achieve & to have them serve as a role model for our 2018 scholarship recipients. We are so pleased to have Clark join us on April 28th for this exciting honor!
